It a problem between Windows and BO2 security setup. When you reinstall BO2, did it remove the BO2 folder? If it does not, you need to delete the Folder manually and the other Folder stored in your 'C' drive like 'your named folder' or 'My Game' folder. I hope this works, this is the only idea i got on my mind right now and im still sad about it. I think its corrupt, i already backed up my data so im ready to do it. I guess the only thing left to do is reinstall my OS. I Also Tried One More Thing(Look The Post).
